Year 2008 is the 15th anniversary of Dogs United Football Club. To celebrate, the Committee (well, actually Hoi and Winkins) decided to release a souvenir – the 2008 calendar card.

It is a very simple design with 2 photos took separately by Hoi and Winkins.

Some Dogs asked why we don’t use photo of Dogs but a football boot and a logo metal plate. Actually we did think about it in the beginning. But, as you might know, we don’t have any full team photo. And, it will not be fair to use photo of certain Dogs. In fact, a calendar card is too small for a team photo to be viewable, unless a A4 size one.

Each Dog would get 10 copies and I hope I can distribute them to all the 24 Dogs before the end of 2008. No one wants to receive a 2008 calendar card in 2009, I believe.

Except being a calendar, I found it having other functions. I use it as a bookmark. I also use it as a letter opener. Not bad, right?
